Four Steps in Your MorosWin Profile
Open your MorosWin profile, go to Verification and start. The check runs through Sumsub, an outside identity service, and takes four steps:
- Identity document. A photo of your ID with all four corners in the frame.
- Liveness check. A short face scan through your phone or computer camera.
- Address. Proof of your home address.
- Personal details. Your profile data, matched against the documents.
MorosWin approves no withdrawal until all four are done. Before you start, check that the name and date of birth you gave at sign-up match your ID exactly. If they do not, ask support to correct them first, so the match goes through at the first attempt.
Documents That Work From Greece

Take the photos in daylight, keep all four corners in the frame and make sure every line can be read. A blurred or cropped picture just means uploading it again.
When Bigger Sums Bring More Checks

Until a step is complete, the deposit or withdrawal behind it stays on hold. The thresholds drop to €1,000 and €2,500 for players from medium-risk countries and for anyone who swaps crypto into another currency. Residents of high-risk countries are not accepted at all.
Why We Check and What Happens to Your Files
Verification keeps stolen cards and other people's money out of MorosWin. Our systems also flag patterns such as depositing and withdrawing without real play, switching bank accounts between deposit and payout, or changing nationality or currency, and staff then review the account. On top of that, MorosWin may screen your identity, your payment method, sanctions lists and PEP (politically exposed person) status at any moment.
